The House of Allegiance or House of Allegiance is a historical house located in the Al Kut neighborhood of Al Hofuf Al Ahsa’iya city, Saudi Arabia. It is the house of Abdul Latif bin Abdul Rahman Al Mulla, the head of the Al Mulla family, and the house that witnessed the people of Al Ahsa pledge allegiance to King Abdul Aziz and their accession to the Saudi state in 1913. Its area is 705 square meters, and it was founded in 1203 AH / 1789 AD by Abdul Rahman bin Omar Bin Muhammad Al-Mulla, who was the judge of Al-Ahsa. It is the first house that King Abdulaziz entered into Al-Ahsa on the 28th of Jumada Al-Ula 1331/4 May 1913 during the Battle of Al-Ahsa. The House of Allegiance is considered one of the most important political historical monuments in Al-Ahsa. It was restored by the Saudi Antiquities and Museums Agency in the year 2005-07. Since that date, the Al-Ahsa’s celebrate the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and it has been converted into a museum and contains many rooms, collectibles, tools, manuscripts and archaeological contents.
